The East abounds in great mountains, but Sugarloaf is unquestionably THE best.  That's right!  We said it!  The 'loaf is THE ONLY mountain in the East that skis like a Western one.  In fact, it skis better than most of the big ones in the West!  Sugarloaf is big, broad, gnarly and loads of fun, with DEEP snow, great terrain-variety and amazing views.  So, to that end, we've decided we're boldly going where nobody from these parts really ever goes and we're heading on up to Thoreau country this February!  It's a bit of a hike to get there.  Actually, it's basically a full-on trek, but it's sooo worth it!  Plus, we're always super fun on these long rides.  We've got campy movies on DVD and lots of tasty snacks.  We've got beef jerky for days (teriyaki spiced, too!), sports-y drinks and Ho Hos galore.  Basically, we've got it all!  Plus we do a few convenient pit stops to help break things up a little.  You'll be there before you know it and the memories of the 'loaf will last a lifetime! 

All-area lift + bus transport + single-occupancy lodging $3,899.

All-area lift + bus transport + double-occupancy lodging $2,499 per person (Total price=$4,998.  $4,998/2=$2,499 per person, so bring a friend a split a room!).

All-area lift + bus transport + triple-occupancy lodging $1,899pp (Total price=$5,697. $5,697/3=$1,899 per person, so bring two friends plus yourself and share a room!).

All-area lift + bus transport + quad-occupancy lodging $1,699pp (Total price=$6,796.  $6,796/4 guests=$1,699 per person.  Getting a little tight in there, but the price is coming way down!).

Trip includes:

Round trip coach transportation from all of our pickup locations.  You will be met by our knowledgeable, friendly and helpful trip leaders who will be there to assist and guide everyone.

SLOPESIDE lodging at Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel.  Room options are Superior Single and Double Queen hotel rooms.  

Four full-day, all-area lift tickets per person (Sugarloaf is an Ikon resort.  As mentioned, we offer no-lift-ticket options for Ikon or season pass holders.  Contact us and we'll adjust the price for you).

Closing-night cocktail and happy hour.

** Superior Single rooms have one queen bed and have room for two people.  Superior Double Queen rooms have two queen beds and can accommodate four people.  Many of our blocked Superior Single rooms as well as a few of our Double rooms have an extra sofa bed which can allow for an additional guest.  Contact us to reserve one of these.

Cancelation Policy:

Through January 30, 2026: Full refund less $500.

February 1, 2026 through February 15, 2026: 50% refund.

On or after February 16, 2026: no refunds.
