Refund policy

All sales are final. Tickets are reserved transportation and often include prepaid mountain access, so we aren’t able to provide refunds, credits, or rescheduling once a trip is booked.

If something major comes up (injury, family emergency, etc.), reach out. We’re real humans and will always do our best to help if we can — we just can’t make any guarantees.

If Island Snow Bus cancels a trip for weather or operational reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to move to another date.
